 A funeral celebrant is many things – a storyteller, a grief companion, a facilitator.  I am an In-Sight Certified Celebrant trained and certified to meet the needs of families during their time of loss.  I work alongside the family and/ or funeral director to create a service that is personalized to reflect the personality and life-style of the deceased.

Any family can benefit from hiring me to be their celebrant- families who identify as spiritual but not religious, families that do not have a minister or church affiliation, families who want a unique, personalized service. I will work with your family through the grieving process, and together we will take the time to remember your loved one, and work together to build a final farewell that celebrates the many different layers of their unique personality and life. 

 As I personalize each and every service I create, my service fee is personalized for each family.  My fee includes the family meeting, preparing the ceremony (including writing the service from scratch, phone calls and research/fact checking), liaising with you (and your chosen funeral director, if selected), and conducting the service on the day chosen.

I provide services for families in Worcester, MA and surrounding towns.  If your family is outside of this area, additional travel fees may apply.
